For billing, scanning, privacy, or account-data questions, contact us and include the MenuWise version shown at the bottom of Settings.
Scanning a menu
Use a clear, well-lit photo with dish names and descriptions in focus. A single menu page usually produces a more accurate result than a distant multi-page photo.
Nutrition estimates
Calories and macros are estimates based on the visible menu description. Recipes, substitutions, and serving sizes can change the actual values.
Subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can restore a purchase from the MenuWise paywall or manage an active subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting your data
Open MenuWise Settings and choose Delete My Data. This removes the anonymous account and saved scan history from MenuWise. Apple subscription records are managed separately by Apple.
